Husband and myself ate dinner with two other couples Friday 1/29 which 5 of 6 of us ordered the same meal. 4 of the five became ill at the same time on Saturday with the same symptoms. I reported to Yuma Health Department today 2/2.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other
