Ate at around 8 PM Friday evening. During the night the meal lay in my stomach like a heavy rock. Saturday in the AM experienced severe vomiting and diarrhea which continued all day., with diarrhea continuing the next day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
