We had appetizers. Quesadillas and flautas. I had one house margarita. My friend and I both think it was quesadillas. Around 7:30 pm. Woke up vomiting around 2 am. Have been cold and hot, dizzy, fatigued all day. It’s been almost 24 hours.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Fatigue
