There were flies everywhere. Shrimp tasted fine, kind of soft. Four days later can’t keep down food or water. Had to go to hospital

Five people in our party. Two of us ate the shrimp. We’ve had diarrhea for two days now. The other three ate from another food truck, they are okay.
