Buffet Breakfast Illness Strikes

Went to breakfast on Saturday morning and by 1pm had cramps, diarrhoea, vomiting, and nausea. It's 3am Sunday morning now and I seem to be passed the worst of it hopefully. Still have severe diarrhoea but haven't vomited for some hours now.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
