Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea,Nausea,Vomiting,Fever,Stomach Pain,Cramps,Chills
Suspected source: Eating at a buffet
Onset: 1 hour
Duration: 24 hours and still going
Sick: 2
Additional information: This is the second time I’ve been sick there but I have IBS so I wasn’t sure  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
