My wife had diner Sunday May 10th and just ate two contorni (roasted potatoes and fennel/orange salad) and tiramisu. Within 2 hours she developed severe diarrhoea, nausea and repeated vomiting.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache
