IKEA Meal Causes Illness

Oct 21 IKEA Alexandra - had dinner there. My son and I had dinner at IKEA Alexandra. On the same night I had diarrhoea 3 times. My son woke up ard 6am next morning and threw up 3-4 times. He also developed a fever of 38.6 degrees. Fever continued today
