I ate a grilled chicken chipotle sandwich for lunch on Friday. By the end of the day I had stomach cramps . Later that night nausea and vomiting. The following day nausea headache fever diarrhea that lasted another day. It was the worst! Unable to sleep going to toilet every 30 minutes.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache
