Ordered sandwich last night at seven started diarrhea at 3:30 stomach pain so severe the entire time started getting nauseous and vomiting around 10am I'm still very ill with all symptoms continuing. fever of 101.0, this doesn't feel like it we'll get better anytime soon I think…
