Had a sandwich Thursday 2/20/25 afternoon and have been terribly sick for days. Vomiting, aches, headaches, diarrhea. Only thing eaten that day was a sandwich from there.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Headache
