I ate a cheesteak sandwich around 7pm and woke up throwing up with diarrhea in the middle of the night. Really bad headache and stomach pains 2 days later and counting. Date of incident 01/25/24 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain
