Ordered a giant pepe sandwich. Started feeling a little off shortly after eating it. Then a few hours later at midnight I started vomiting and defecating for hours on and off all the way until the evening  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
