Ate a #12 from this store and it was the only thing I ate on Monday July the 14th, 8 hours later and for 24 hours after I was vomiting and had diarrhea. The sandwich tasted very dried out when I ate it but didn’t think anything about it at the time.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache
