Ate #5 with peppers - within 10 - 20 minutes started feeling sick. Eventually vomiting and bouts of diarrhea. Happened twice before with mild bouts of diarrhea but never attributed it to the food. This time I knew immediately it was the food. . I think something is wrong with the peppers.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
