We order spagetti with burger. I have 3 kids, two of them ate the spagetti, my 2 year old and my 15 year old boys. They felt immediately ill a few hours after consumption. Experienced sever diarrhea and stomach pain. My 8 year old kid did not feel any symptoms.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Headache
