Food Safety Reports: Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, Diamond Boulevard, Concord, CA, United States

Ate two donuts and within 5-6 hours (hadn't eaten anything else all day - this was my breakfast) I was vomiting profusely and had awful diarrhea. 4-5 hours later, I still have symptoms and haven't left the bathroom. If this keeps up, I will most likely be going to the ER for dehydration.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration
