Food Safety Reports: Lancers Diner, Easton Road, Horsham, PA, USA

Not sure. Last meal was at Lancer Diner on 2-14.   Started n/v/d the next day (2/15/20) continued through 2/25/20.  Now hospitalized in renal failure.  Only thing eaten differently from wife that night was salad bar.    | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
