Chicken Kale Salad Illness

I always order the chicken and kale salad and always enjoyed it. But about an hour later I started to feel yucky nauseous and began to have a headache I'm pretty sure it was that when I got home I threw up. Hours later I still feel yucky  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
