Chicken Sandwich Causes Illness

Ate a chicken sandwich for lunch on my way to work. It tasted off but I ate it anyways. Had like an ammonia smell towards the end. Get to work and can't stop pooping water. Came home took a nap and threw all of it up. Now I still have the diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
