Told the waiter about a party member with ceoliac disease and also ensured it was translated so they were fully aware. Food came and after checking for a third time, I was assured it was 100% gluten free. Three hours after eating the food I became very sick and poorly.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
