13 HS students .... seems to have been pizza based upon timing. Zero symptoms before onset...sudden onset violent emetic illness single episode of concurrent diarrhea.....duration of vomiting 4hrs with oral anti emetic treatment  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
