Had MostBestestPepperoni pizza from a Little Ceasars SW Portland, OR location. Middle of the night and next morning horrible stomach cramps and sharp spasming pain on right side of my stomach, followed by diarrhea. Continued all through next several days, horrible pain.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
