I ate two slices of pizza before bed and woke up with burning diarrhea, very painful stomach cramps with extreme nausea and then the vomiting started . I probably ate the pizza at around 2 am then the symptoms started at 6:30 am and it’s now 12:49 pm and it still going on.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
