Purchased a pizza Thursday 01/25/2024 andFriday early morning started vomiting,had to leave work,severe stomach cramps, diarrhea,chills,fever,visited urgent care ,was told food poisoning, negative covid and flu called store manager not available until 01/29/2024 to discuss what had occurred  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Chills
