Within 2 hours of eating I have not been able to stop going to the restroom, have severe stomach, cramps, nausea, and vomiting along with body chills. I had the chicken tender meal with a salad.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
