I ate a 6 in on Tuesday & I eat a footlong subway on Wednesday Nothing else was eaten!! By Wednesday night my stomach was cramping and felt hot! Additional information: Within about 8 hours of eating a Subway 6" turkey sub, my stomach began cramping and I had severe diarrhea... followed by chills and sweats all night long - about 8 hours. I ate 2 all beef hot dogs with chili and cheese and 2 steak takitos and on the way home I got sick om the side of the road | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

I placed a pick up order on 10/31/2023. I got home and then started to eat my food. After a couple of bites of the chicken tenders, I noticed some were rubbery and almost cold. South Island brand Pesto product is being recalled from the marketplace because it may permit the growth of Clostridium botulinum. This product is distributed in British Columbia. There have been no reported illnesses associated with the consumption of this product.
Food contaminated with Clostridium botulinum toxin may... not look or smell spoiled but can still make you sick. Symptoms in adults can include facial paralysis or loss of facial expression, unreactive or fixed pupils, difficulty swallowing, drooping eyelids, blurred or double vision, difficulty speaking, including slurred speech, and a change in sound of voice, including hoarseness. Symptoms of foodborne botulism in children can include difficulty swallowing, slurred speech, generalized weakness and paralysis. In all cases, botulism does not cause a fever. In severe cases of illness, people may die.

I bought a chicken dish with strips at 15:50 on 08/11/2023 at Taco Bell at Shopping Pátio Paulista. At the time I placed the order, not even three minutes passed and the order was ready, causing me a lot of weirdness. An hour and a half later...
