Pastrami Sandwich Illness Report

Had a sandwich made,Monday pastrami got threw half of it before stomach started to hurt 4 hrs latter vomiting 🤢, and the squirts ,I will never eat another sandwich again first time being sick from food and having to work three it so I can make my bills  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
