I ate gnocchi and started feeling symptoms the next day in the morning, watery stools, vomiting, extreme fatigue and cramping/stomach in knots along with a mild fever. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Fatigue, Cramps
