Bought a gluten free New York deli sandwich yesterday. Within an hour I had to go to bed. Later, Severe cramps, diarrhea, awful nausea, fever. I physically couldn’t lift my head. Either this wasn’t gluten-free or another ingredient had poisoned me.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps
