Me and my nephew after about 45 min starting to feel sick and running to toilet as result of diarrhea and really bad stomach pain, i have contact uber eats with their hel... “On Thursday night I Ordered a classic chicken sandwhich with lettuce and I hadn't ate anything at all for over 24 hours at the time and that was the only thing I had to eat that night as well. I got very sick about 8 hrs later. I had non stop vommiting and diarrhea for 2 days and it's unfortunately... See Morenot over yet either. It was the only thing I had ate all day. The nausea came on so violently that i threw up on the bathroom floor, which I dont think ive ever done in my adult years. I'm going to the hospital tomorrow. I was trying to avoid it due to covid but i have never been sick like this in my life. See Morewo tacos and a strawberry slushy I ate my food around 6:28, I made it home about 6:45 me and my kids sat down and ate our food about 10 minutes after I ate I start to feel dizzy and like I have to vomit I layed down right after to see if that would help my mouth got watery and so I vomit and one I started I couldn’t stop I also had blood clots in my vomit and and my bowel movement was red and very Liquidy yet still is I couldn’t take the pain and the vomiting anymore after tossing and turning all nite so I finally called the Ambulance and whent to the hospital At 6 in the morning and I have my discharge papers and what I was diagnosed with and also I had to take two days off from work due to the situation See Less”

Ordered two rolls the (Tootsy Maki roll & spicy salmon roll) ate most of the tootsy roll before I started to feel a lot of discomfort in my stomach and went straight to their restroom. Came... See Moreback and notified manager that either both or one of the rolls the fish was not fresh and might be warm and not good as this has never happened to me when I eat sushi.
