But I have severe stomach pain and I spend my days at the toilet (diahrees) since I ate a mcfirst menu on Monday night there at the Promenade des anglais in Nice.

Meal from there, I had severe abdominal pain a few minutes after the meal from there and today the next day the pain is also present and a lot of diharees
