Pregnant, ER After Fast Food

Within an hour of eating at this location I have had severe stomach pain, vomiting and diarrhea. I can’t even keep water down and I had to go to the ER as I am pregnant. That was about 7 hours ago and I am still puking with nonstop diarrhea at home.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
