Blue Spots, Severe Illness

I ate a mcdouble and there were blue spots in the middle of the burger. I am pregnant and soon after eating I started becoming nauseous and then diarrhea. A few hours later I'm having severe stomach cramps  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
