Chicken Big Mac Illness

Hadn’t eaten anything other than crisps at daughters birthdays party. Had a chicken Big Mac at 6pm, by 4am I felt horribly nauseous, couldn’t sleep, couple of hours later throwing up in chunks, tummy cramps, generally feeling utterly awful. I was the only one to eat that and so far only one unwell.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
