I tried the McRib for the first time at the canyon parkway McDonald’s, about an hour later I started feeling nauseous, followed by intense diarrhea, chills, fever, and stomach cramps

Big Mac Causes Illness

Had a Big Mac around 11:00 am. Felt fine until 6:30 pm. Now I am have horrible diarrhea, I am shaking, nauseous, and throwing up all at once. This is horrible, I have the worst stomach cramps of my life. I can’t leave my bathroom. Do not eat here.

I hate a mcdouble without pickles I wasn't able to finish the whole thing because I felt it tasted unusually gross. This was the only food item I ate that would be a possible food poisoning contender.
