Ordered McMuffins including a chicken one. Ate nothing else that day and by nighttime I had extreme fever followed by multiple days of severe food poisoning symptoms.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
