Food Safety Reports: McDonald's, High Street, Feltham, UK

Me and my family had a meal yesterday evening between 6-7 pm at McDonalds Feltham. Starting from 08:30 me and my 9 year old kid started feeling uneasy in tummy. Slept for couple of hours and tummy pain increased with vomiting and headache.
