I had 2 mcchickens, I went to sleep and woke up around 1am with really bad stomach aches and cramps. Then I tried to poop and was very constipated with diarrhea. I started to vomit. It’s day 2 and my stomach is still upset and hurting and I can barely poop.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain
