I had a Big Mac yesterday and when I was in my way home I started to feel symptoms of food poisoning once home I had a fever and kept throwing up as well as feeling nauseous all afternoon I slept all day due to how horrible I felt  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever
