Went to McDonald's yesterday and ordered a #2 chicken sandwich meal. today awoke feeling achy, fatigue, nausea and terrible diarrhea. Still sick and it's 24 hours later.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fatigue, Body Ache
