Got mc Donald’s july 16th around 6-7pm maybe and have been sick since. Cannot control the vomit, diarrhea, my back is aching and can hardly move | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
