Ate a McChicken, after a few swallows there was a chunk or something that i bit i spit it out but already consumed more than half of the chicken sandwich i have now been sick for 4 days and still am, i have been vomiting, nauseous, had a high fever, a really bad stomach ache, and diarrhea after.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain
