I DoorDashed a Double Quarter Pounder combo. It arrived within 20 minutes. Minutes after eating only the burger itself, I wasn't feeling right. Then within 2 more minutes, I projectile vomited the burger. I've never had this issue with this or any other food.

Soda Reaction: Nausea & Vomiting

Soda. The drink tasted funny. 24hrs or so after drinking it she developed severe nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea with low grade fever. Only 1 person affected.
