My husband and I only ate one mutual thing that day at the same time. A McDouble. Starting puking simultaneously around 1:30 am and could not stop puking for hours. Other symptoms were chills, a low fever, and a headache. It’s been 24 hours and all symptoms are gone.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Fever, Headache, Chills
