McChicken. Between 6-7pm last night (08-14-24). Severe stomach pain, water-like diarrhea, nausea, vomiting. I feel so ill my family is thinking about taking me to the hospital. Update: severely dehydrated hours later. My husband is taking me to the ER.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
