01/13/21, McNuggets... only food item I bought Are at 8:00pm at 1:00am started projectile puking and diarrhea simultaneously until 6:30am. Weak and nauseated for 2-3 days | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness
