Only thing I had ate that day. went there for lunch at 11:00am. Around 11:45 felt really tired, left work early. Went home, laid on my bed fully clothed and fell asleep, I never do this. Woke up about 2 hours later with a aweful headache and had diarrhea. On going for 2 days now.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Headache
