I was starving and had a McChicken yesterday, nothing with it, just the sandwhich. a few hours later, I got explosive diarreah. Its been 24 hours and it has not stopped. In addition to that, I am in so much pain!

i ordered through doordash and shortly after i ate it i was getting stomach pain and diarrhea all day
