Vanilla Shake Illness Symptoms

After consuming a small vanilla milkshake at the end of the day, I started to feel tired, not well, gurgling in my stomach, and a few hours later, vomiting, stomach cramps, all night long. And again the next day, nauseous, fever, chills and very severe fatigue.
